A new multiple roll straightening machine for hot-rolled bars will soon be supplied to the customer!!

Multi-roll straightening machine

Material: hot-rolled round bars
Diameter: 30 - 100 mm
Bar length: 4 - 12 m
Straightening speed: max. 120 m/min.

The special features and highlights of this machine are:

  • High running time due to robust design and an almost automatic dimension change
  • 10 roll principle with three active bending triangles for good and uniform straightness
  • Hydraulic spring suspension of the three top guide rolls
  • Automatic adjustment to material parameter
