Peeled aluminium bars of highest quality

Highest precision, maximum possible output and 100 % quality control are the main features of the BÜLTMANN peeling machine which has recently been put into operation successfully. This machine especially developed for the peeling of aluminium bars up to 200 mm was tailor-built - as we do quite often - to the challenging specification of our customer.

The aluminium bars used as semi-finished products for automotive applications are peeled with highest surface quality and are then subject to a hundred percent control by an integrated portal testing equipment. As a matter of course, also the feeding and discharging handling including packing works fully automatic, thus requiring minimal manpower, only.

Also this successful project was characterized by the cooperative partnership with our customer.

The professional project work, the delivery of the machine in due time and reaching then and there all process parameters lead to the subsequent acceptance of the machine.
