Here you will find at irregular intervals information on internal developments within the Bültmann company, e.g. on professional training programs, extensions of the company or special achievements by Bültmann staff members in their professional or personal life.

Field day at Bültmann

After a two-year break due to Covid, the Bültmann company started its own field day in mechanical engineering, this year in cooperation with the Städtische Realschule (municipal secondary school) in Balve in order to cultivate contacts with young people and thus with potential young talent.

A group of 9th grade students from the school took the opportunity to learn about the opportunities for vocational training at Bültmann.

After being welcomed by Managing Director Petra Bültmann-Steffin, the pupils first received a brief introduction to Bültmann's company history and production program.  

During a guided tour of the company by the training supervisors Benjamin Scholz (mechanical design) and Christian Levermann (electronics), the young people were given an impression of the design department, mechanical assembly and the electrical workshop and were able to ask many questions, which were answered willingly.

For 2022, there is still to be filled one apprenticeship position as technical product designer. The application phase for 2023 in the vocational fields of industrial mechanics, electronics installers, mechatronics technicians and technical product designer begins in summer 2022. Internships are also welcome.
